The first day of fall is just around the corner, and if you look closely enough, you can see the changing leaves, pumpkins at farmstands, and apple orchards filled with fruit. This beautiful time of year has inspired many poets to write about it (click here to read one of our favorites) – and now you can be a poet, too!
Simply print out the template below and fill it in to create a fall-themed acrostic poem. What’s an acrostic poem? It’s a poem where the first letter of each line spells out a word or message.
